God is HERE.

Today started out as just a normal Sunday. My roommate Macy and I went to get yogurt for breakfast and took a walk by the  beach and went to the farmers market. Then we met up with a couple of the staff girls Emily and Allisan and rode on their mo-peds to get mani and pedi's and to just talk and get to know each other better. It was so awesome we all shared each others life stories and it just drew us closer and was so confirming to know that people have gone through similar things I have. It was just a confirmation that I'm in the right place and where I'm supposed to be. We came back and relaxed, went to a housing meeting and then had dinner. We met up with practically our whole Engage DTS group and went out to yogurt and this is where things get crazy. We were all just talking and I look over and I see Macy talking to a few people that had just been walking by and I thought she was just making small talk, a lot of people here ask about YWAM. Time went by and as we all gather to leave I go up to her and she tells me she just got prophesied over. I was in shock! I've never experienced that to someone who is close to me. All the things that the man had prophesied to her had been struggles we had talked about today so not only did it hit her but me as well. It was truly something soooo amazing. She was crying and I was getting chills and we both just had confirmation that God is here, He loves us and He wants us to be here. I know I say everyday is amazing and every day here is seriously bringing something new and amazing. My heart is softening and I'm so excited to see what God has in store for me. Tomorrow we start school and I can not wait!
